Abstract

This studyaims to determine the level of occupationalhealth and safetyfrom the
viewpoint of the workers of the electricity and renewableenergycompany, Tindouf unit 1, by
exploring the variouselements of the health and safety system and itsrelationship and impact on the
level of achievingoccupationalsafety for workers. byusing a descriptive approachsupported by a
case study, and usingstatistical tests conducted on the statistical package for social sciences
program, resultswerereached, the most important of which, is a positive agreement among the
studysamplemembersthat the institution ischaracterized by a standard level of occupationalhealth
and safetythatisrelatively high, and thatitsignificantly affects the level of
workersafetyfromprofessional accidents
