Abstract
For the purpose of studying the sustainability of public debt in Algeria and measuring its
impact on financial revenues during the period spanning the past three decades (2000-2019) and
using the statistical method (data- exploration- measurement), this approach employs a set of
statistical and measurement tools and their integration (detection tests Missing values and Outliers,
natural study, stability study tests, boundary test, lags model). The results revealed that the public
debt in Algeria is not sustainable despite the existence of a direct relationship in the short term as
well as a long period between fiscal revenues in both its regular and petroleum and The balance of
the primary financial balance
