TheEffect of the Company’sFinancing Mix on Financial Leverage (The Case of "lEurassi" CompanyDuring The period 2015- 2019)

Abstract

This study aims to highlight the effect of the company’s financing mix on financial
leverage the case of '' El Eurassi '' company during the period (2015 – 2019), we have tried during
this study the answer to the problem represented by : how can the financing mix to effect on
financial leverage for '' El Eurassi '' company ?, and we depended on descriptive approach to study
the theoretical aspects of the topic add to analytical approach to study the application part.
The study reached to the composition of the financing mix for '' El Eurassi '' company
affect its financial leverage, where the financial leverage is related to value of the differance
between economic return rate and the cost of funding, if the amount is positive and whenever
increased the debts about capital whenever the effect of financial leverage is positive and that’s
what happened during the first four years of study (2015 – 2018), as for if the amount is negative
that increased the debts about capital leads to the effect of financial leverage is negative and
that’s what happened during the last year of study.
