Abstract
the purpose of this study is to demonstrate the impact of using electronic disclosure
systems in improving the performance of the stock market, and this is by focusing on the electronic
disclosure system market, relying on stock market data during the period before using the system
from April 2018 to September 2020, and the second period after using the system from October
2020 to the end of March 2023, and using a t-test for differences between two samples. The results
showed a significant effect after using Disclosure system on the performance of the Qatar Stock
Exchange.
