Staff members enablement and its effect on job achievement, a case study of Algeria Telecom Corporation - Ghardaia Commercial Agency
Abstract
The aim of this study is to point out the effect of empowering workers on task
achievement among workers in the Algeria Telecom Corporation - Commercial Agency -
Ghardaia. The descriptive approach was relied upon. We also used a questionnaire in which we
assigned 50 forms, of which we regained 46, and the study concluded that the study sample
embraced the practices of empowering staff members at an average level, and the level of job
performance in the organization under study is average, and there is a considerable effect of
employee empowerment practices in its miscellaneous dimensions on job performance, and the
study concluded with a set of recommendations aimed at magnifying the practices of empowering
employees in the organization under study to achieve a good and high performence
