Abstract
The study aimed to identify The empowerment of workers with its dimensions
(delegation of authority, freedom and independence, building work teams, Information Sharing)
and its impact on the job involvement at the University kasdi merbah Ouargla, distributed the
questionnaire to a random sample of 50 employees, was a program spss accreditation and used the
descriptive and analytical and statistical methods, study found that there is a statistically significant
impact of the empowerment of workers dimensions of building task forces and sharing information
on job involvement, and sharing information on job satisfaction, and the absence of a statistically
significant impact of empowerment of workers delegation of authority, freedom and independence
of the job involvement
