Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management processes in improving the performance of the enterprise using the balanced scorecard in Algeria Telecom. This study based on a descriptive analytical approach through the analysis of (60) questionnaires distributed to a group of workers and department heads. The data analysis and the hypothesis testing were performed by the SPSS.19 program.
The study concluded that knowledge management processes had no significant role in improving the performance of the enterprise using the balanced scorecard. In addition, the study confirmed the importance of knowledge management processes to enhance the performance of the enterprise and to achieve the establishment of the goals in order to maintain the perinity of the enterprise.
