Information and communication technology is one of the most important features that characterize societies at the present time, and from this technology has become subject to the term newly emerging and represented in governance. And communication, we have distributed a form to the study sample categories like some of the managers, and the study concluded that the institution has a somewhat good level in terms of application of governance, but it lacks linking this system with modern means of communication
