The Interactive Relationship Existing Between Entrepreneurial Culture and the Entrepreneurial Spirit Among Algerian University Students
A Sample Study of Students from the Department of Management Sciences at the University of Khemis Miliana
Abstract
This study aims to determine the nature of the interactive relationship existing between
entrepreneurial culture and the entrepreneurial spirit among students of the Master’s 2, Department
of Management Sciences, at the University of Khemis Miliana. This study was applied to a sample
of 181 individuals, using the descriptive analytical approach and statistical tools to analyze and
process the main study item, which is the questionnaire.
The study achieved a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a high level
of entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial spirit among the study sample members, and the
existence of an interactive relationship (impact and influence) between entrepreneurial culture and
entrepreneurial spirit. However, the degree of influence of entrepreneurial culture on the
entrepreneurial spirit is greater than the degree of influence of the entrepreneurial spirit on
entrepreneurial culture.
