Abstract

The Algerian educational system knew several educational reforms
that are represented in adopting approaching by competences and reinforcing it
with the emergence of the second-generation program. Consequently, it is been
necessary for people in charge of the educational field to make a pedagogical
formation for teachers about those updates during work time. Therefore, this
research paper came to clarify the nature of this formational act and to expose
the strategy that the ministry of education follows in this context.
This article will be concluded by exposing and analyzing experiences of
some of the western societies, and Arab ones as well, in their continuous
formation of their educational framework such as the Australian society, the
French, the Egyptian and some others’ experiences.
