Interruption of employment contract, psychological contract: what threats

Abstract

Given the purpose of this article, the threats stemming from the
termination of the employment contract and from the psychological contract among
the employees obviously constituted our main object of study. This article aims to
gain a better understanding of the impact of non-compliance with the terms of the
employment contract as well as the psychological contract on the behavior of
employees and their attitudes at work.
