This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of curricula of the educational sciences faculty at the University of Jordan of pre-service teachers' preparation in implementing professional life skills in teaching at kindergartens and schools. The sample consisted of (106) pre-service female teachers from the faculty of educational sciences at the University of Jordan who were enrolled in the practicum course during the second semester of 2010/2011. The findings indicated that the effectiveness level of the curricula of the educational sciences faculty for pre-service teachers' preparation in implementing professional life skills in teaching at kindergartens and schools was low. Furthermore, there was no statistical significant difference in the effectiveness level of the curricula of the educational sciences faculty for pre-service teachers' preparation in implementing professional life skills in teaching at kindergartens and schools between early childhood pre-service teachers' perspectives and classroom pre-service teachers' perspectives.

This study aimed to investigate head teachers viewpoint in Quwaiy’yah Governorate towards transformational leadership. To achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire was applied after having checked its psychometric traits. This scale consists of (28) items. The sample of the study is composed of(120) head teachers in total: (70) males, (50)female. . The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the participants' responses due to gender, experience years and the number of training courses. The study put forward some recommendations, the most significant of which are holding courses and workshops for the head teachers in employing transformational leader ship

La présente étude vise à déterminer l'aliénation sociale des jeunes internautes dans la wilaya de Ouargla. On est arrivée à la conclusion que les jeunes se sentent un degré élevé d'aliénation sociale et qu'il existe d'importantes différences significatives en fonction des variables de sexe et de niveau éducatif.

الوسائط المعرفية وأهميتها في تفسير السلوك العدواني

Through a psychosocial study which was done on a sample of adolescent students that includes 531 students, in four colleges in Algiers in order to define the factors of aggressive behavior. One dimension was found in all the proposed motives which were made by the factorial analysis. It deals with the adolescent’s realization about the importance of aggression as a best way to realize his aim. That thing motives us to know more about different characteristics which lead the person to control his behavior and his reactions, through his perception of his own values and capacities. This contributes at great deal in understanding and explaining one side of human behavior. Therefore, the goal of this article is to concentrate on the importance of mediators in explanation of the aggressive behaviors of the teenagers while referring to the social - cognitive theory of [BANDURA].

مستويات الضغوط المهنية بين المدرسات والممرضات

The study investigated possible differences in professional stress levels between the Women Teachers and women orderlies in oran State. The researcher applied the descriptive method in carrying out this study. Simple random selection method was applied in selecting (200) workwoman married, of whom 100 were Women Teachers, 100 women orderlies. The tools of data collection consist of professional stresses scale. A test was carried out to check validity and reliability of the Questionnaire. The results of the study revealed statistically significant differences in professional stress levels between the Women Teachers and women orderlies in favor of vis-à-vis Women Teachers. Results were discussed based on the previous researching

The study aimed to identify the extent of awareness of the official Jordanian university students life skills they need in the light of the principles of the knowledge economy, where the sample consisted of (797) students from the university students in the academic year 2010/2011, was obtained through the use of data from the questionnaire formed a private from (40) items distributed on six areas represent some of the skills of life in the light of the principles of the knowledge economy, skills (communication skills of interpersonal, negotiation skills / rejection, empathy (understanding of others and sympathy with him) cooperation and team work, decision-making skills and solve problems, critical thinking skills interpersonal skills and self-management, emotion management skills, management skills to deal with the pressure to increase the skills of the center of the internal control, was the use of averages, percentages, and t-test to answer the questions of the study results showed the following: 1 - Teamwork skills came in first place and came out of the skills under study. 2 - The results revealed statistically significant differences in the responses of students depending on the variable-level academic results revealed more than fourth year students in the degree of their awareness of life-skills knowledge economy on the students who are studying courses that include skills, knowledge economy and, finally, the study recommends the integration of life skills knowledge economy universities courses university

The present study aims to diagnose psychological burning among the nurses in Algiers health institutions ; also to see the relationships between organizational climate and psychological burning. For this reason a questionnaire was designed and Maslash MBI was also used and composed of 271 nurse of both sexes(138 male and 133 female) distributed on 11 health institutions in Algiers. يعتبر التكوين المهني من الأنساق المهمة في نسق التربية و التعليم الجزائري, و يهدف هذا النسق خاصة إلى منح تكوين أولي للشباب المطرودين من النسق التربوي. يعتبر التكوين بالتمهين نوع من أنواع التكوين الذي يوفره هذا النسق، و الذي يهدف إلى منح تأهيل مهني للشباب من خلال التكوين في كل من معهد التكوين و ميدان العمل(مؤسسة اقتصادية او إدارية) من اجل اكتساب الكفاءات المهنية في اختصاص معين. في هذا الإطار، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف و تحليل اكتساب الكفاءات المهنية لدى المتربصين المحضرين لشهادة تقني سامي في ميدان تسيير الموارد البشرية عن طريق التمهين. و قد استعملنا المقابلات النصف موجهة لجمع البيانات من خلال استجواب الفاعلين في هذا التكوين (الإداريين ، الأساتذة و المتربصين في معهد التكوين و كذا مأطري التمهين في ميدان العمل). و قد بين تحليل محتوى هذه المقابلات وجود عدة مشاكل و صعوبات تواجه المتربصين و التي قد تعرقل اكتسابهم للكفاءات المهنية في معهد التكوين وميدان العمل
