Abstract
This study aims to identify the impact of the dashboard in improving the performance of the
economic institution from the point of view of the employees of the institution, through a field
study in the institution of the Practical Directorate of Communications of Algeria Ouargla, as well
as to identify the level of use of the dashboard in the institution and how to improve the
performance of the Algerian Telecommunications Corporation
