Obstacles to innovation in small and medium enterprises operating in Ouargla Case study of 7 institutions during the year 2018

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to study and diagnose the obstacles to innovation in small
and medium enterprises operating in the state of Ouargla. To achieve this goal, we conducted a
field study through a personal interview form. the study included 7 institutions. The study reached
several results, the most important of which are several obstacles to innovation in these enterprises
High costs and lack of funding sources, and the impact of these constraints at any stage of
innovation failure.
