Structuring mechanisms and receiving limits in the Interactive digital Arabic novel Reading the novel of Chat by Muhammad Sanajlah

Abstract

The study attempts to track the most important structural
components of the interactive (digital) novel. The sample of this research is
an Arabic novel “Chat” by the novelist Mohammed Sanjala. The present
study encompasses the novel from language to non-linguistic markers
through software and interactive aspects; it also monitors the most important
receiving paths and aesthetic limits of the new text. The study, as well,
questions the fate of this literary production in the light of technological
development, its diversity, its structural potential, and its aesthetic choices.
