Abstract
The aim of this article is to present the concept of site-based techniques of syntax in
modern living languages, based on a modern, functional grammatical approach that highlights
the capacity and vitality of the Arabic language and its ability to contain the structures of
modern cultural languages. On the other hand, a simple comparison between the structure of
the actual or nominal sentence in Arabic and the syntax of the sentence in modern foreign
languages, represented in the Indo-European languages (eg, English and French) Rania (such
