Abstract

This study aimed at identifies the elements and components of proposed induction program for beginning science teachers in Jordan. Researchers adopted a descriptive analytical method using Delphi technique to investigation openions of eighteen experts in science education on two rounds. The study results indicated that the proposed program includes eighty elements distributed to eleven components. The study recommended that it's necessary to engage beginning science teachers in an induction training program, which includ the elements and components which resulted from this study.
