Abstract

This study aims at enlightening the characteristics of the skilled or effective teacher according to studies carried out in this field. Societies are increasingly emphasizing the importance of teachers to better and comprehensive preparation for scientific, cultural, professional and social aspects. Teachers assume the education and preparation of new generations, mission of inculcating to developing cognitive abilities to provide them with best means for better life. Much of the achievement of pedagogical objectives depend on the competence and effectiveness of the teacher.
