Abstract

Given the importance of personal values in building the personality of the individual, and their multiple effects. Because they operate as motivation or stimulation, thereby promoting himself -In continuous efforts in order to optimize performance and thus ensure its professional adjustment, Firstly ; and their importance in its reasoning , even in its stimulation , which promotes home continuous efforts in order to optimize performance and thus ensure its professional adjustment, on the other hand , our present study suggests about personal values and their relationship adjustment ( adequacy ) professional, especially at the instance of university education in different departments and different faculties and universities.
