Abstract

        The issue of public relations is one of the most interesting topics due to its principal functions in modern administration. This latter establishes effective relations between the educational institution and the masses so as to realize its objectives. Due to the importance of communication in education, we decided to conduct a field study about the main skills applied by the headmaster of Nacerbay Slimane in order to discover the most important results achieved. At the end of our study, we decided to provide the headmaster with some suggestions and recommendations to be applied in this field
