Summary, etc. In this work, different biofilms containing the gelatine associated with cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, and the methyl cellulose were prepared. It is observed that the crosslinking in the presence of glutaraldehyde brings good mechanical property by increasing the thermal resistance, and reducing the hydrosolubility of biopolymer used. These biofilms were also modified by the addition of glycerol, which entraine the reduction in brittleness and withdrawal. The test of swelling shows that the association of carboxymethyl cellulose to the gelatine presents significant properties of absorption, which makes a good candidate to absorb the exudations in order to preserve the wound and the perilesional skin. However, the study according to the temperature shows that at ambient temperature, the corresponding rates of swelling (Gmax) are lower than those obtained with 37°C (temperature of the human body). The spectrophotometry UV-vis indicates that there is a considerable release of component of biofilms at 37°C, which allow to obtain better healing by maintaining a wet favorable medium on the wound.
