Summary, etc. The aim of this paper is to measure productive efficiency of Arab health systems using  Data Envelopment Analysis, By calculating the distance between minimum attainable inputs (total expenditure on health, Physicians and Hospital beds) for a given level of outcome (Healthy life expectancy at birth). The results indicates that Arab health systems produce their outputs to average level 83.8%. The results show no correlation between the health system efficiency and the economic structure; moreover, the degree of economic development is not a criterion to measure the efficiency of health system.
