The role of monitoring and evaluation in supporting the reconstruction engineering of Algerian public service management

Abstract

This article aims to study the role of monitoring and evaluation in the construction engineering support of Algerian public service management. Evaluation and monitoring are among the most important areas that require modern methods and techniques, which have been implicitly introduced into the reforms and changes in the management of public service, to help in guiding and forecasting within the management functions, and work as a support for the reform and development of the public service management. This latter became subject to pressure in the internal and external environment to improve within a comprehensive management development.
