Abstract
The aim of this study is to highlight the role of strategic refocusing on core business in improving the competitive position of Algerian industrial groups as a whole,and the Glass and abrasion-manufacturing group (ENAVA) in particular. Based on the deductive approach, we have analyzed some previous related studies, and then we have proposed a model to refocus the activities of the manufacturing group (ENAVA), in addition to some other recommendations.
