Abstract

The study purpose was to investigate marital adjustment level among workers in health and in light of some variables (gender, age, education, partner's education, age at marriage, number of sons, residence, monthly income, how the partners met and kinship degree). The study population consisted of 492 employees (152 husbands, 340 wives). To achieve the study purposes, the researcher constructed a questionnaire to measure marital adjustment level among the study sample. Validity and reliability of the instrument were ensured. To answer the study questions, means, standard deviations, ANOVA's, and Post-Hoc comparisons were applied.
