The importance of the Organizational citizenship behavior in employees’ performance improvement: A case
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on the employees' performance in mobile communications corporation, Mobilis Ouargla Unit. After the previous studies survey and the theoretical rooting of the subject, we move to the field study through access to official documents related to the study as well as personal interviews with some human resources managers in addition to a questionnaire. The collected data was processed by Excel and SPSS 19th version.
The most important results of the study were the presence with a high degree of organizational citizenship behavior in employees' performance، and a medium influence of organizational citizenship behaviors on the employees’ performance of in Mobilis Ouargla Unit.
