The informationalunbalance of organizational relationship:Case of Saas solutions

Abstract

Since the emergence of inter-firms cooperative form, the information asymmetry remains one of the main barriers to use it, while the Saas emerged in this last decade as the most recent form ofoutsourcing. However, the problematic of asymmetric information as a barrier hindering the resort to Saas solutions was not asked as to construct a new shutter of research enriching the literature. So this paper aims to present a new academic angle that is asymmetric information that may produce an unbalance naturally informational leaning generally in favor of Saas services provider and to the detriment of customer firm.
