Cours de grammaire du FLE Quelle (s) métalangue (s) en contexte universitaire algérien ?
Résumé
In this paper, we question the metalanguage used in the teaching - learning of FLE grammar in
an Algerian university context. In the grammar lesson, two metalanguages coexist: one
popularized and anchored in the repertoire of ex-schoolchildren, the other scholarly and rigorous
that the teacher must popularize to make it more accessible. In the language class, will the
teacher have to or can he still reconcile these two metalanguages? And when will the teacher use
one rather than the other?
