The Evolution of Information and Communication Technology Sector A Comparative Study of Cloud Computing and Traditional Methods in Algeria

Les TIC ont été décrites comme une révolution majeure, avec un impact significatif sur la vie sociale et des répercussions directes sur l’économie mondiale, dans le même contexte où l’informatique en Nuage a joué un rôle déterminant sur le marché de la TI, Le problème de l’étude est d’explorer si la technologie de l’informatique en nuage, qui fournit une énorme capacité de stockage des données avec une grande accessibilité à Internet, est en mesure de contribuer aux efforts du secteur des commu-nications électroniques afin d’atteindre le changement technologique auquel l’Algérie aspire par la numérisation, par rapport à l’informatique tradition-nelle, Les résultats obtenus ont démontré que le gouvernement algérien a fait de l’informatique en nuage un des domaines d’activité du secteur des postes et télécommunications, sur lequel les hautes autorités de l’État misent pour la diversification et la relance de l’économie nationale, mais elle en est encore à ses premiers pas, notamment sous des méthodes traditionnelles non sécurisées, ce qui nécessite de conclure des accords de coopération et des partenariats avec des institutions et des entreprises fournissant des services cloud.
