Abstract
This work aims to enrich the study of entomological biodiversity in the region of Souf located in the Septentrional-Est Sahar. The inventory of arthropods was carried out by the method Pitfall traps. We installed 10 pots traps, a result of a series per month during the period from Jun 2014 to June 2015. Total wealth is 244 species (S = 14,56 ± 8,8). 4 classes, 20 orders and 109 families of arthropods are identified. The class of insects is the most represented (A.R. = 92,7 %). The order Hymenoptera (AR = 39,2 %), is the most abundant, followed by Homoptera (A.R. = 17,12 %). The most counted species are Parlatoria blanchardi (A.R. = 12,4 %) and Pheidole pallidula (A.R. = 11,3 %).
