RICHNESS AND INTEREST OF SPONTANEOUS PLANTS IN HUMID AREAS OF OUED RIGH REGION
Abstract
The Sahara is a vast ecosystem, characterized by harsh climatic conditions, populated by animals and plants well adapted to this context, in different géomorphological zones.The adapted spontaneous plants resources of the Sahara used by local populations for different uses ecological, medicinal ... etc. The wetlands of Oued Righ region one of these vast spaces which rich in spontaneous plants perennial and ephemeral, this work, designed to add value and giving an account of the importance of these areasfor multiple interests making, their roles in the ecological balance, their ability of therapeutic use, and it by study of their floristic richness. Floristic surveys, allowed to identify 38 species belongs to the 13 families, and07especes between them are medicinal interest. Burden of disease are gastrointestinal pathology, skin diseases, broncho-pulmonary pathology and internal ailments, scorpion bites. Investigations, which revealed that, the majority of the modes of preparation: infusion, maceration, decoction. The parts used are leaves, stems and roots.
