ETUDE DE L’EFFET DE SUBSTITUTION DU FUMIER PAR LE PHRAGMITE (Phragmites communis TRIN.) SUR LA QUALITE DU COMPOST A BASE DE SOUS PRODUITS DU PALMIERpdf DATTIER
Keywords:

Abstract
The study focuses on production of composts prepared with date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) by-products and on evaluation of chemical, physical and biological properties of these composts according to percentages of two nitrogen sources, manure and green reed (Phragmites communis Trin.). Referring to maturity indices of composts described in the bibliography, the studied characteristics of the four conducted treatments show the maturity of composts and demonstrate the feasibility of their agronomic use. The decreasing percentages of manure affects the composting process and gives composts with relatively distinct characteristics.
