Résumé
The development of new technological supports (screens, tablet computers,
connected objects) and their tools (sites, software, etc.) open up new learning spaces and new
school uses. Thus, language teaching is strongly challenged by new literatures and creative
modalities. Moreover, the teaching of language and literature, like the use of literary texts for
educational purposes, has undergone major changes over the last few decades. Indeed, the
paradigm shift towards multi-modal media literacy is useful and necessary in order to renew the
didactics of FFL in the digital age. This pedagogical renewal brings about changes in teachers’
