The Gradual Introduction of the Computer Tool As Part of the Training and Learning of Foreign Languages in Algeria

This contribution is part of the promotion of the gradual introduction, since the first
decade of independent Algeria, of the IT tool. Then, she continues the course of this same
introduction in order to resume the framework of the training and the learning of foreign
languages in Algeria. It is, in fact, the History and the Memory of the introduction of the
computer tool in Algeria, newly independent, after a period of more than a century of French
occupation and colonization (1830-1962 ).
Thus drafted, this contribution brings together the machine, which is part of office automation
and scientific research, and the Man, to designate the woman and the man, the users and the
users of this tool. It has become a means of communication, exchange and sharing, since the
